I understand how you’re feeling, because I’ve been there myself.
After years of pain, injury, and surgeries, I had lost all motivation in my training and lost all faith in my body. I felt I was completely BROKEN. I started approaching rehabilitation for pain with a strength basis and believed in the durability of the body. It changed my life.
I’m dedicated to helping individuals with a previous and current history of chronic pain and disordered eating unlock their full potential through effective strength training, holistic well-being and meaningful nutrition. I have an in-depth experience in these areas that you cannot learn from a book. I have lived it, suffered it, overcame some of it and managed it to this day.
I have since helped so many others get some back they thought they lost. They train in ways never thought possible again and create a relationship with food that supports and nourishes them and not restricts them.
I understand what it’s like to feel the pain physically and emotionally and guide you through a journey like very few can.
My additional qualifications have been done under some of the best in the world and Australia in human movement mechanics, understanding pain, program design, nutrition mechanisms and mindset and behavioral coaching. Plus, I love every single part of my job, I can promise you I will get more excited than you most of the time!
