My nutrition approach is based on a lifestyle that is flexible and non restrictive. Strict diets do not work in the long run as they create to many barriers to us learning how to enjoy food and foster a great relationship with it. Being able to enjoy food with your family at home and out is very important and something we work towards!

A strength coaching session involves working directly with you through your own personal strength program. Starting with any applicable mobility work or specific activations. Then moving to your main focus of the session and conducting technique adjustments and progressions as needed. The aim is always to be progressing whether its more weight on the bar or better quality of movement.

Strength programs are made to suit your goals, the busy lifestyle you lead and any previous injuries or chronic conditions you have. From general strength, injury management, powerlifting to bodybuilding we can create a strength program suited to you.

The unbroken approach to strength restoration from injuries is very tailored. From a comprehensive initial assessment and specific programming we make sure your training is based around prevention of re-injury and maximising your recovery to get your training at your peak level faster.

I offer a variety of programs based on your specific goals. From managing chronic pain in the gym and helping relationships with food and guilt free eating to more performance based programming in powerlifting and competitive natural bodybuilding.

All my programs initially run for 12 weeks. This is run in two seperate 6 week blocks. I have found that 12 weeks is the most optimal time to get the most out of the learning and adapting phase to changes in nutrition and training.

Absolutely! This is my preferred way to do this! They compliment each other perfectly and will get the most out this!

My programs run from little as $40 per week up to $200 per week. This is all dependant on the outcome your wanting to achieve.
This is based on the amount of check-ins, personal training sessions (virtual or in person), personalisation and updating of nutrition plans and the level of feedback you receive. -
